Always make an effort to swing by this place. The fancier pies are usually pretty good for flavour, and the sweet stuff is usually tops. The jam and cream donut they do is one of the best I’ve had. Coffee is also good here too. Upstairs seating usually has space even when town is busy.

This place was on my strike list of place to eat and was very glad I made it right before closing at 1.30. There's actually a 50% off on items right before closing so we bought quite a few and had our fill. Pies were one of the best ones I had in a while. Had the beef brisket ones and the meat was tender to the bite Shepherd pie was good as well. Sausage roll was a tadbit salty but good with ketchup. Coffee is superb as well. Ended the whole meal with a really good apple pie as well. Barista and staff were very warm and nice. Directing and recommending us to another spot to have the meal as they were closing.

Smoked Brisket and Mac n Cheese pie is the best pie in WA. It’s so damn good I went back to get more! Thank you Chessus! Well I went back, for the 4th time (in 6 weeks) and I tried the bacon double cheese burger pie, as well as the usual Brisket Mac n Cheese! Now I can’t choose, so to paraphrase a taco ad “Porque no los dos?” Well worth the drive up the hill from Midvale. My son is here on holidays next week from the East, I’ll be taking the drive to Toodyay for sure!!!

Surprisingly good coffee for a bakery with a massive selection of awesome pies, sausage rolls and cakes. Sit out front on the terrace or sit upstairs on the balcony. Easy parking and friendly staff. Will definitely be back to try the sweet treats.

Quite busy and nice little bakery with a large selection of pies, pastries, cakes plus bread and rolls. A must try is the best apple pie 2021. Coffee is also available and though the indoor seating wasn't available, there are lots of chairs and tables outside to watch the world go by. A highly recommend stop when you are next in Toodyay.
